Everyday I speak to people who tell me that they are exhausted, not sleeping, hurried, not eating healthy, not exercising, not feeling good and wondering what happened to their joy.
Oprah got it right when she used to have her annual episode of her favorite things. The audience would go crazy and laugh and cry and they were overjoyed! Give yourself permission to indulge in YOUR FAVORITE THINGS!
Each day do something special just for you. Self-care is all about making yourself feel good, feel pampered, feel happy, feel accomplished, feel enlightened.
