Ingredients:
1 Bag of shredded angel hair cabbage. ( or shred one head of cabbage, extra fine to make angel hair shreds)
1/4 Red Onion - chopped
2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar ( or any vinegar of your choice. White vinegar or apple cider vinegar give the slaw a crispy taste.
1 tablespoon agave or raw honey
pepper and salt to taste
dash of Ceyenne powder optional for added heat

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour or overnight. The longer the slaw is in the fridge, the more flavorful it will become.
